As a fifth-generation San Franciscan, Geoff Callan is an award-winning director, producer, and accomplished actor, with a successful career that spans over three decades in film, television, advertising, and New Media.
Geoff has not only directed and produced Super Bowl commercials and Olympic Bid films but also remains dedicated to collaborative efforts in shaping socially relevant, comedic, and dramatic films and content.
Beyond his excellence behind the camera, Geoff is also a published and accomplished writer. In the realm of acting, he has starred in multiple feature films and television series, earning notable roles opposite luminaries such as Will Smith in "Pursuit of Happyness," Nicole Kidman in "Hemingway & Gellhorn," Chris Pine in "Bottle Shock," Mark Ruffalo in "ZODIAC," Ashley Judd and Samuel Jackson in "TWISTED," and Jada Pinkett and Blair Underwood in "SET IT OFF." Additionally, Geoff has showcased his talent in guest-starring roles on acclaimed shows like "FRAISER," NBC’s "TRAUMA," Amazon Studio’s "BETAs," and many more.
Meet Mike Shaw, Native San Franciscan , former Professional Body Boarder whose journey took an unexpected turn, reshaping both his life and career. Once riding the waves as a rising star on Pro Tour, Mike encountered a life-altering injury that shifted the course of his destiny. Unable to continue his passion for surfing competitively, Mike discovered solace and a new avenue for his creativity through film.

Meet Paul Byrd jr, an extraordinary artist, designer, and animator who founded 13 Layers a illustration and design company.
Paul's top priority is to create high-quality and inspiring content that celebrates diversity and brings out the best in people. Paul believes that through art and technology, we can change narratives and achieve what was once considered inaccessible to specific groups by bridging the gaps within industry norms.
With over two decades of experience in the creative field, Paul has mastered a diverse range of skills, including hand illustration techniques, graphic design, photo restoration, and manipulation as well as AI generative art and video to name a few of his skillsets..
He has worked with renowned brands such as Google, Intel, Def Jam, Herbalife, McDonald's, and AAA. His work has also contributed to several noteworthy campaigns, including All About The Arts, DPW Cleaner Greener Campaign, Visitors Bureau of Travel, and the San Francisco Olympic bid production.
His exceptional work has been recognized and celebrated by prestigious organizations in the industry.
A dynamic composer with roots in classical, rock and ethnic music, John DeBorde brings a refreshing, down to earth approach to each and every project, from feature film and television to promotional, interactive and educational genres.
John’s early, in-depth education in music combined with diverse professional experiences has given him the knowledge and intuition to tackle a variety of artistic challenges. In addition to studying and performing numerous instruments, with a focus on piano and guitar, John broadened his training to include film and drama and achieved a Masters Degree in Music Composition from San Francisco State University. John’s creativity emerges from a wide repertoire of period and cultural styles - from ancient tribal sounds to modern jazz, iridescent ambient soundscapes to powerful orchestral themes and textures - producing robust and satisfying musical portraits.
Over the years, John has had the good fortune to be involved with many exciting and worthwhile endeavors, a number of which have garnered professional industry recognition. In 2001, his powerful, eclectic score for the documentary Voices of the Sierra Tarahumara, was presented at Sundance as well as other notable international festivals. His charming and lighthearted scores for the indie romantic comedies Temps (2016) and A Big Love Story (2012) both premiered at the Cinequest Film Festival, with Temps ascending to the #1 Best Selling Romantic Comedy on iTunes. In 2017 he composed the music for the virtual reality video game B Team, one of the launch titles for the Oculus Go platform. He received the prestigious Telly and Aurora Awards in recognition of the dramatic music scores he wrote for a series of short films titled Reconocer. And most recently he released an EP of ambient space music called Nebulae as the artist Soluminate.
In addition to music composition, John remains active in songwriting, performance and production. He is one of the principal songwriters with the rock group The Jammists, is half of the acoustic guitar duo Kwijybone and makes regular appearances performing with other ensembles. In 2000 his work New Moon Haze, a chamber concerto for electric guitar, premiered with the Nieuw Ensemble in Amsterdam, featuring John as the soloist. He is active in music production as well, documenting his solo and ensemble productions in his studio Number Nine.

Matt Kennedy, a native San Franciscan, has 15 years of experience in the film and television industry.
Prior to working on PURSUIT OF EQUALITY, Matt was most recently a consultant for the production company Created By. He was also the post-production coordinator on the Oliver Stone directed film, World Trade Center.
His production company, Relentless Pictures, was formed with the goal of developing and producing pictures for the independent market utilizing his prior development and production experience.
Prior to forming Relentless Pictures, Matt was a New York based Development Executive working first for Crossroads Films and later at United Artists. During this time he worked as part of a development/production/acquisition team on such films as: Bowling For Columbine, Nicholas Nickelby, City Of Ghosts, Together, Jeepers Creepers II, Pieces Of April, The Woods and Romance & Cigarettes. At United Artists he was also in charge of successfully maintaining first-look deal relationships with American Zoetrope, Crossroads Films, Revolution, Single Cell and Mr. Mudd. Matt also served as a liaison with key MGM executives regarding United Artists projects in development.
Matt started his career in the film business at Miramax Films in New York working at various times in publicity, development, finance and the office of the chairman, Harvey Weinstein.
